When a customer creates an account on the Company’s Sites, The Company collects and stores information about the Customer such as name, email address and password. The Company uses this information solely to setup the Customer’s account and to administer and communicate with the Customer regarding the Customer’s account. The Company may also use the customer’s email address to provide updates and services in connection with the Company’s services.

2.3 Usage of the Company’s Services

After a customer or user logs in to the Company’s sites, the Company collects and stores information that the Customer or user submits through the Company Sites, for the Customer’s or user’s use of the Company’s Services. The Customer or User acknowledges and agrees that the Company may collect and disclose Personal Information solely to facilitate the Purpose of the customer’s use of the Company’s Services. While in some cases the Customer or User can keep certain information private, most information is public by default to other Users inside the Customer’s or User’s organization or workzone using the Company’s Services. The Company is not responsible for the information the Customer or User discloses while using the Company’s Services.

The company may collect and use technical data and related information, including but not limited to, technical information about the Customer’s or User’s device, system, application software, and peripherals, to facilitate the provision of software updates, product support, and to allow the Company to continuously make improvements to the Company’s Services. The Company will not relate any of this information to an individual Customer or User.

Notwithstanding the above, the customer or user acknowledges and agrees that the Company may use Personal Information, and De-identified Data, as outlined in the Company’s Terms of Service.


We do not collect personal financial information. We may use payment gateways through which your financial information is used. These Payment service providers are liable for the confidentiality and safety of your financial information.


As you use our application you may update information on your company, employees, customers, processes, financial information, product information etc. All such information uploaded through your login id remains your sole and exclusive property. This information is also classified as Personal Information. Please note that the usage of the Company’s applications and services is governed by our Terms of Service.

All data is regularly backed up to protect against data loss. Direct database access is only provided to authorized company employees and is used only for development and any technical support purposes

The Company provides a unique user name and password to each user that must be entered each time a User logs on.

The security and privacy of your personal information is paramount and we make every effort to ensure that your personal information is protected. However, please note that, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be totally secure. Consequently, the Company cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information.
